Assurance & Adoptive Support for Reliable Adopters an immersive virtual reality-based adoption preparation system

Our paper, Assurance & Adoptive Support for Reliable Adopters, explores the child adoption process in India and was published in the ACED SEANES 2020 conference proceedings. Despite growing acceptance, adoption preparation remains crucial for assessing Prospective Adoptive Parents (PAPs). This study identifies challenges PAPs face in adoption preparation and proposes an immersive virtual reality-based system to provide real-time training and support.

Our paper, Adjustable Design Intervention for Rail Sahayakas to Reduce Physical Discomfort, explored the ergonomic challenges faced by Rail Sahayakas and proposed design solutions to enhance their comfort and efficiency. It was selected for HWWE 2020 and published in Technology Enabled Ergonomic Design (Springer) and conference proceedings. By addressing these pain points, our research aims to improve their well-being and optimize their working conditions within the railway system.
